MISSION
Rafters Emergency Relief Catering is able to respond quickly and efficiently with skilled professionals to provide hot, delicious meals in times of disaster.
As a self-contained, full-service operation, we are ready to assist relief efforts, big or small, and support local communities in times of need.
DISASTER RELIEF FOOD SERVICES
Rafters Music and Food offers Disaster Relief Food Services anytime, anywhere. Based in North Mississippi, we can gain quick access to any city across the Southeast. Our self-contained facilities allow us to provide quality food quickly with limited resources when we travel remotely. Our team is skilled at providing a variety of menu selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to meet any specific requirements. Additionally, we have 24-hour drink and snack service when needed. A rotating menu can be provided to offer variety and meet the needs of the public. Food Service Preparation times vary depending on menu selection; however, we pride ourselves on quick and efficient preparation, deployment, and execution.

SERVICE
Rafters provides highly trained and knowledgeable, on-site serving staff for set-up, food service, clean-up, and/or delivery to accommodate menu needs.
EQUIPMENT
Rafters will provide any necessary equipment for food service or cooking on-site to accommodate menu needs. Our Mobile Kitchen is a 36’ fifth wheel trailer with a fully-equipped commercial kitchen. It is completely self-contained with onboard water supplies, diesel generator, refrigeration, and dishwashing facilities. We also have a fleet of support vehicles available including refrigerated/freezer trucks, dry storage trailers, and fully equipped, self-contained living quarters for our team. We have three commercial facilities, with a combined area of over 20,000 square feet, located in different cities in North Mississippi, that provide support for our operations via commissary kitchens, prep areas, and walk-in cooler and freezer space.
SUPPLIES
Rafters will provide plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and napkins for daily food service. Additionally, our team will provide To-Go boxes and utensil packs as needed for daily food service.
